What days does Coast 2 Coast operate Noosa to Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Airport Transfers?  We offer private transfers to both airports at any time we are available and every Friday and Sunday we have set times and it's a shared service.                                 
What about Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast to Byron Bay and back services?  Every Friday and Sunday.

How many people does the bus take?  It has seating for 11 passengers in total.
Can I pay cash if I don't have a credit/debit card?  Yes. You can pay your driver when you first get on board if you don't have access to a credit card.
Can I eat or drink or smoke on the bus?  No. Smoking, eating or drinking are not permitted on our buses.
Is there a toilet on the bus?  No but we have a toilet break on the way on the Noosa to Byron to Noosa services.

Where does Coast 2 Coast pick up from?  For the Noosa to Eumundi Market Shuttle Service we pick up anywhere between Tewantin and Sunrise Beach. For the Noosa to Byron Bay Service we pick up from anywhere east of the M1 on the Sunshine Coast between Noosa and Caloundra and in Byron Bay we pick up from anywhere in Byron Bay between the Byron Bay State High School and the Byron Bay Hospital and on the Gold Coast anywhere between Southport and Coolangatta on the eastern side of the M1. On the Tweed Coast anywhere between Pottsville and Kingscliff.
How long does it take from Noosa to the Brisbane Airports? Roughly two hours without heavy traffic.                                                                                                                     How long does it take from Byron to Noosa or Noosa to the Gold Coast?  Sunshine Coast to Byron is 4-5hrs each way and Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast is 3-4hrs each way depending on traffic.
Booking Changes and Cancellations
-Changes can be made up to 48hrs before travel by phoning us directly on 0435 031 564 between 7am and 7pm AEST. Within 48hrs of travel changes are not permitted.
-Cancellations can be made up to 48hrs before travel and will receive a full refund minus a 20% administration fee. Within 48hrs of travel cancellations will result in no refund being given.
 Conditions of Carriage (Travel)
-Minors from the age of 12-15 years old may travel without a chaperone only if the parent/guardian fills in an Unaccompanied Minor Consent Form.
-Coast 2 Coast Bus Service reserves the right to refuse carriage of any person, baggage or goods on any service and to remove any person from any service without having to give any reason.
-Coast 2 Coast Bus Service shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death or accident suffered or sustained by the passenger or to the property of the passenger, or for any loss or expense arising out of or resulting directly, incidentally or consequentially from any act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, howsoever arising (whether or not beyond the control of Coast 2 Coast Bus Service) including but without limiting the foregoing defects or breakdown in the vehicle used for the service, acts of God, acts of government or other competent authorities, strikes, thefts, delays, cancellation or variation in or to the service to be provided by or contemplated hereunder.
-Coast 2 Coast Bus Service shall not be or become liable or responsible for any cost and expense for anything including additional flights and/or accommodation sustained by the passenger and the passenger expressly acknowledges and agrees that all such liability, losses and expenses as aforesaid shall be the responsibility of and at the risk of the passenger.
-Coast 2 Coast Bus Service reserves the right to cancel any service or to alter or substitute routes, timetables, itineraries, schedules, carriers in any way that it considers necessary or desirable.
-No refund will be made if the person or persons named as passengers do not appear on the time and date of travel as arranged
-No smoking of any kind including electric cigarettes is permitted on our services.
-No food or drink is permitted to be consumed on any of our services.
-Coast 2 Coast Bus Service cannot be held responsible for any delays that we may encounter on our services wether it be deemed the fault of Coast 2 Coast Buses or not nor held accountable for any circumstances that may arise due to any such delays.
